Didn't work out too well.
The beads were less fiddly than sand but still too uncontrolable to get a decent action of changing movement. Also I had trouble getting the manual focus on the camera right, since the viewscreen is pretty dodgy on my old Pentax and you don't get to see the image until after you've taken it.
Back to the drawing board.
Woowww, it looks pretty though! So the idea is to animate this like sand art? Sounds hard :O
ReplyDeleteThe idea's just to do any kind of stop-motion animation. I was going to do beads - which are just bigger grains like sand - but it was too fiddly and yeah, hard.
